Dear Madam/Sir,

We are contacting you on behalf of PPMI Group, a leading European policy analysis centre.
PPMI has been commissioned by the Directorate General for Education, Youth, Sport and
Culture (DG EAC) to assess the Erasmus+ Teacher Academies (ETAs). This assessment covers
early results from the first and second generation of projects (calls 2021 and 2022) and
provides recommendations for the future of this initiative. For more details about this
assignment, please refer to the DG EAC’s Support Letter attached.

As a valued member of the ETAs community, we are pleased to invite you to participate in an
online Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with other National Authorities. This session aims to
invite you to reflect together on the key aspects of the ETAs — what worked well, challenges
encountered and areas for improvement; and what lessons and recommendations could be
shared for the initiative in the future. This feedback will help inform the ongoing assessment
and ultimately contribute to the DG EAC’s efforts to shape the initiative in the future.
Importantly, any findings from the FGD or other consultation methods we employ to gather
the feedback from the stakeholders involved in the ETAs initiative will be anonymised and only
shared with DG EAC in an aggregated manner.

We propose that this short online meeting could take place on Tuesday, 22nd April 2025
between 14:00-15:15 CEST. If you're interested, please fill out the following registration link
to indicate your interest by Thursday, 17th April 2025. By Friday, 18th April, we will inform you
whether your registration has been confirmed for the event and share the relevant meetings
details.

Do not hesitate to contact Mrs Sonata Brokevičiūtė at sonata@ppmi.lt if you have any
questions or want to have more information. We’d love to have your voice in the conversation!

Kind regards,
The PPMI project team
